Faulty Items If your order has a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing customerservice@luxeandbeau.com.au. Cushion Inserts For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for cushion inserts if the packaging has been opened or removed. Cushion inserts must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
