We hope you are delighted with your Luxe and Beau purchase. If you need to return
an item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days. Please manage your returns through our Returns Portal.

Please Note:

Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition.
Please request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are unable to cover return shipping costs, but we can provide an option to purchase a shipping label through our couriers.

Personalised items and custom fabrics are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns for any bed linen for hygiene reasons.

For assistance with damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
