Items that are not Final Sale/Sale can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds are not offered except in cases of a manufacturing fault

Faulty Items
If your order has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at customerservice@luxeandbeau.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the fault so our team can assess the issue promptly.
