Returns Policy

General Policy
Items that are not marked as Final Sale can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns Process
All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal and approved by our team before the item is shipped back. We will not accept returns that have not gone through the Returns Portal process.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly labeled on our website.

Faulty Items
If your order has a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing customerservice@luxeandbeau.com.au. Include your order number and photos of the fault so our team can assess the issue promptly. For any other inquiries, feel free to contact us at customerservice@luxeandbeau.com.au.

Cushion Inserts
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for cushion inserts if the packaging has been opened or removed. Cushion inserts must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
