Australia

We ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $10, and shipping is free on all orders over $250.

Orders are dispatched from our Canberra warehouse within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow a little extra time during busy seasonal periods. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow it to your door. Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.

New Zealand

Yes, we ship to New Zealand! Standard shipping is a flat NZ$10, free on orders over NZ$150, or choose Express (2 to 3 business days) for NZ$50. Any applicable duties or taxes on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pieces are dispatched on the date noted on the product page. You'll find it right at the top of the listing. If your order combines in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together when the pre-order arrives.

A few practical notes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll happily resend it, though the reshipping cost will be yours. Orders placed with "authority to leave" are left at your risk. While we choose our carriers carefully, delivery delays once a parcel is with the carrier are outside our control. If anything seems stuck, email us and we'll chase it.
