For the people who notice the pattern on the cushion before they sit down.
Where it started
I'm a fifth-generation retailer. I live and breathe it. It's all I know. I started this business from my living room floor in 2015, pregnant with my eldest son.
The art of beautiful traditional fabrics was being lost. It had become unfashionable, and beige and grey were taking over. I wanted to bring back the designs I'd adored as a girl, hunting through my mum's fabric samples in her design store. Toiles, leopards, beautiful stripes and traditional florals, brought into the now in a fresh, relaxed way.
I hate contrived. I don't like anything too matchy. I love a pattern clash, and I love making pieces that let you convey your own sense of style, building a collection you'll keep and hopefully pass on for many years.
Colour first, always
Most homeware treats pattern as decoration. For us, it's the whole point. Every design starts with colour. How it moves, how it ages, what it does to the feeling of a room. The pattern comes after. Every design is drawn in our studio, and I work closely alongside our designer on each one. Nothing goes into production until it's right.
What we make
Cushions, table linen, lamps, sleepwear. The finishing layer. The pieces that take a room from finished to yours. Not a mood board brought to life, but a home that looks like the person who lives in it.
A note from me
We're so pleased you're here. We're a small, family owned and run business, and we release twelve collections a year. Everything you purchase from us has been through a lengthy design process and been hand selected by me.
