General Policy Items that are not marked as Final Sale can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Cushion Inserts For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for cushion inserts if the packaging has been opened or removed. Cushion inserts must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
