Warranty
At Luxe & Beau, we take great care in designing and producing our products. All Luxe & Beau lamps come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults only.
What Our Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to faults that occur as a result of a manufacturing defect under normal, intended use during the 12-month warranty period.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Luxe & Beau will, at our discretion, replace the item.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or user error. This includes (but is not limited to):

Dropping or knocking over the lamp, resulting in damage

Damage caused by pets knocking over or interfering with the lamp

Incorrect charging of the lamp base

Leaving the lamp permanently connected to power

Our lamps are rechargeable and are not designed to be left on continuous charge

Damage caused by improper handling of the bulb, including snapping or breaking due to not unscrewing correctly

General wear and tear or cosmetic damage that occurs over time

User interference of product i.e dismantling base/wiring
Any damage resulting from the above circumstances is considered user error and is not covered under warranty.
